Still Arguing Tools? That’s Why You’re Losing
Mindset beats tech. Perplexity’s new AI browser acts for you. And Twitter is your secret growth engine.

THIS WEEK’S STORY
Still Debating Tools? You’re Missing the Point
Most people fail before they even start.
They’re stuck arguing on Reddit about whether to use GPT-4 or Claude
Free plan or $20 or $200
Open source or closed
Bubble or Flutter
Swift or no-code
Prompt or fine-tune
…none of that matters if you never build.
And here’s the truth no one likes to admit:
You already lost the game the moment you decided to play it safe.
If you knew your app was going to work, would you still be scared to pay for tools?
Would you still hesitate to market it?
Would you still wait for a better idea?
The answer is always no.
What separates winners from everyone else is not tech. It's mindset.
If you believe you can build a $100M app, your actions start aligning with that belief.
If you tell yourself you're just doing it for fun or passive income, that’s exactly what you’ll get (if anything).
99% of people never ship.
Of the 1% who do, most quit within months.
Only a tiny fraction keeps showing up.
And those are the people who end up making it.
I know builders who started during the GPT-3 wave in 2021. We were all nobodies back then.
Now? The ones still building are all doing well.
Not because they were smarter.
But because they didn’t stop.
So if you're reading this:
Don't quit.
Not now. Not when AI just handed you the cheat codes.
Keep building. Keep shipping. Your breakout app is closer than you think.

Their new product Comet is not just a browser. It’s an AI agent that acts.
Need to schedule a meeting? Done.
Pay your phone bill? Handled.
Book a flight? All in the browser.
Comet is what Google was supposed to become.
Less search, more do.
Comet is here.
A web browser built for today’s internet.

THIS WEEK’S TIP
Get on Twitter. Seriously.
If you're not building in public on Twitter, you're leaving opportunities on the table.
I’ve been (somewhat) consistent on the platform for 7 months — and it’s been one of the highest ROI things I’ve done. Not because I went viral. But because I showed up.
Start simple:
Share what you're building.
Post every day.
Celebrate small wins.
Talk about the things that aren’t working too.
It’ll feel slow. At first, nobody will care. But then it starts compounding.
People will follow your journey.
You’ll meet other builders.
You’ll attract beta testers, clients, even investors.
And you’ll stay way ahead of the curve just by reading what’s happening in real time.
Twitter is where the future shows up first.
New tools. New frameworks. New trends.
While most people are still reading last month’s newsletter, you’ll already be building with what’s next.
So if you’re serious about launching apps with AI…
Get on Twitter. Write daily. Build in public.
It pays off.
