Momentum Is the Moat
NVIDIA’s $100B bets to designing fast with Claude + Figma

THIS WEEK’S STORY
Your Edge Is Speed, Not Perfection
In the old startup playbook, building an app meant months of wireframes, sprint cycles, and endless polish before anyone ever touched the product. That world is gone.
AI just rewrote the rules.
Today, you can go from idea → design → working prototype in a single weekend. Tools like Claude Code + Figma mean you don’t need to wait on a dev team. Cursor lets you spin up full-stack projects in hours. Vercel can take it live instantly.
The new edge isn’t perfect code or a flawless roadmap. It’s speed.
Because here’s the truth: your first version is supposed to be messy. The goal isn’t to impress, it’s to test. Every week you wait for perfection is a week someone else launches, learns, and improves while you’re still tweaking colors on a landing page.
In an AI-first world, momentum compounds. The faster you ship, the faster you learn, the faster you win.
So stop overthinking. Build something imperfect this week, put it in front of real people, and let the market teach you what to fix.
Founder Takeaway: Ship ugly. Learn fast. Iterate faster.
HEADLINES
$NVDA ( ▲ 0.28% ) investing left and right
NVIDIA will invest $5B into Intel (yes, of of their competitors) and $100B into OpenAI which is ironic because openAI needs NVIDIA’s GPUs and chips
NVIDIA is putting $5B into Intel (yes, one of their competitors) and up to $100B into OpenAI (which is ironic because they use NVIDIA’s chips & GPUs)
Why does this matter for founders?
With Intel, NVIDIA is securing the next wave of AI-powered chips that will fuel data centers and personal computing.
With OpenAI, NVIDIA is making sure its GPUs remain the core engine behind the tools we all build on.
Translation: the AI stack is consolidating fast. If you’re building, NVIDIA is the ground beneath the feet of the biggest AI companies that develop revolutionary products for founders like you—and it just got even more solid.

THIS WEEK’S TIP
Turn design into code with Claude Code + Figma
Claude and Figma just teamed up to make something magical: you can now turn your Figma designs into working code in minutes. No more begging a developer to bring your mockups to life.
Here’s how it works:
Install Claude Code with
npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
(NodeJS required). In Figma, select your design and hit “copy link to selection.”
In your terminal, run:
claude mcp add --transport http figma-remote-mcp https://mcp.figma.com/mcp
(this links Figma to Claude).Type
claude
in your terminal, ask it to generate your design as an HTML/CSS website, paste the Figma link, and let it cook.Open the browser and boom—your design is live.
Want to go further? Spin up a NextJS project inside Cursor, plug Claude Code into it, and deploy to Vercel. You’ll go from Figma to a live production app in hours, not weeks.
Why this matters if you’re not a developer:
This is the closest thing to magic in app building. You can design something in Figma and instantly see it running as a real app. It turns design skills into shipping power, which means you don’t need to wait for a dev team to validate your ideas anymore.
Turn design into code with Claude Code + @figma.
Through MCP, Claude sees your mockup at the data level—component hierarchies, design tokens, auto-layout rules—and translates it into production-ready code.
