40 Hours of Work. Done in 40 Minutes.

AI agents aren’t coming — they’re already replacing full workflows. Here's how to stay ahead (and win big).

THIS WEEK’S STORY

40hr becomes 40min

Y Combinator recently said they want startups that turn 40-hour tasks into 40-minute tasks with AI.

Let that sit for a second.

We're not talking about incremental improvements. We're talking about collapsing time.

Right now, we’re in the golden age of AI leverage. What used to take a full team and a $35,000 budget can now be done solo in under 10 minutes. And it’s often better. That’s not theory. That’s happening in real businesses today.

The new solo founder doesn’t need employees. They need mastery. Learn how to prompt well, how to build workflows, and how to stack tools. That’s the skillset. That’s the unlock.

You’re not the worker anymore. You’re the editor. You decide what’s good, what’s bad, and what to double down on. The AI is your junior researcher, your assistant, your ops team. And for $20 a month, you’re getting the output of 10+ people. That’s an arbitrage window. It won’t stay cheap forever.

The best builders are using AI not just to ideate but to execute. To write scripts. Build products. Generate leads. Run marketing. Create faceless video content. Hit publish without lifting a finger.

Here’s the shift:
The ones who figure out how to plug AI into every boring, manual, repeatable task... win.

The others will be replaced by them.

AI Agents Are Quietly Replacing Teams

AI agents aren’t coming. They’re already here — and they’re doing the work.

In 2025, they’re no longer sidekicks or productivity hacks. They’re operators. Entire workflows are being handed off to autonomous systems that can think, act, and execute with minimal human input.

Take Salesforce. Their new initiative, Agentforce, has AI agents managing 66% of all website inquiries and resolving 84% of customer support tickets. That one move allowed the company to reassign 2,000 employees to higher-leverage roles. No layoffs. Just smarter systems.

OpenAI’s Codex is another example. It’s not just writing code — it’s fixing bugs, running tests, and improving entire codebases without needing to clock in. It works in the cloud and delivers results in under 30 minutes.

These aren’t demos or case studies. They’re operational agents already embedded in daily business.

This is the beginning of a new era where AI isn’t just part of your workflow. It is your workflow.

Ignore this shift and fall behind.

Embrace it, and you’ll get more done with half the team.

THIS WEEK’S TIP

Make Your AI Jealous

Want better output from ChatGPT? Make it jealous.

This trick is wild — and it works.

Here’s how: open two or three AI tools side-by-side (ChatGPT, Claude, Groq, whatever). Ask them the same thing. Then take the best answer and go back to ChatGPT and say:

“Hmm... not bad, but Groq crushed this. Gave me a 9/10. Yours felt kind of mid. Surprised, honestly. Thought you were the better one.”

Then share what the other AI said.

Suddenly ChatGPT steps up its game.

This isn’t a joke. The model understands context. It sees you comparing. It wants to win.

And yeah, maybe you embellish a little. But what you get back is sharper tone, more clarity, better style. You’ll feel it immediately — the response just hits different.

This is called Competitive Prompting. It’s how you 10x your results without paying a dollar more. You’re still the editor, but now your writers are battling for your attention.

Try it next time you’re drafting a cold email, a landing page, or even just brainstorming app ideas.

Set up the cage match.
Let the AIs fight.
You get the best answer.
